The BBC reported only three out of 149 terrorist attacks against Israel in August 2019, and none of the seven rocket attacks from the Gaza Strip, according to media watchdog organization BBC Watch.

A man wearing a colander on his head was permitted to offer the opening “prayer” on behalf of the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster during a local government meeting in Alaska on Tuesday, which is the latest act of mockery by the self-proclaimed “pastor” following a court ruling.

The self-identifying “Pastafarian,” Barrett Fletcher, cited the various duties performed by the members of the Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly in his message, adding a few of them “seem to feel they can’t do the work without being overseen by a higher authority.”

“So, I’m called to invoke the power of the true inebriated creator of the universe, the drunken tolerator (sic) of the all lesser and more recent gods, and maintainer of gravity here on earth. May the great Flying Spaghetti Monster rouse himself from his stupor and let his noodly appendages ground each assembly member in their seats,” Fletcher mockingly stated.

Fletcher ended his “prayer” with “Ramen,” which refers to the Japanese-style of “pulled noodles”.

The so-called “Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster” was formed in 2005 as a satirical response to the Kansas State Board of Education’s hearings on evolution in schools when its founder, Bobby Henderson, sent a letter to argue against teaching of creation science in biology classes.

Fletcher’s message follows a similar God-mocking invocation from this past June when a Satanic Temple member, Iris Fontana, caused walkouts from the assembly chamber after invoking “Hail Satan” in her opening prayer.

In 2016, the Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly changed its invocation policy after Fontana urged listeners to “embrace the Luciferian impulse to eat of the tree of knowledge” and ended her presentation with the words “Hail Satan.”

Jewish News Syndicate 🇮🇱️ Caroline Glick:
🤔< Netanyahu created a situation where he is the only possible prime minister. Either the Blue and White Party—or one of its three factions—joins him, or Amir Peretz and Orly Levy bring the Labor Party in, or Israel goes to new elections. Those are the only options.

Over the next few weeks, Blue and White leader Benny Gantz will come to terms with the unalterable reality that he cannot form a government. And then we shall see what happens.

(September 22, 2019 / JNS) The U.S. media coverage of the Israeli election has misrepresented the results of Tuesday’s vote. This isn’t necessarily deliberate. Israeli elections are inscrutable for most foreigners, particularly for Americans, who are used to the clarity of the presidential system and two-party system.

Here are a few basic facts about how the vote has gone, and where Israel is likely to go in the days and weeks ahead.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu did not lose, and his challenger, former IDF chief of general staff and Blue and White faction chief Benny Gantz, did not win. Despite the fact that Blue and White won 33 seats in the 120-seat Knesset to Likud’s 31 seats, Gantz cannot form a government under any circumstances. He cannot build a majority coalition.

On Wednesday Netanyahu assembled the heads of all the right-wing and religious parties that form the basis for Likud-led governing coalitions. The factions unified into one right-wing bloc and agreed on principles for future coalition talks. They agreed to conduct coalition talks as a bloc, under Netanyahu’s leadership. By forming this 55-member bloc, Netanyahu created a situation where he is the only possible prime minister. Either the Blue and White Party—or one of its three factions—joins him, or Amir Peretz and Orly Levy bring the Labor Party in, or Israel goes to new elections. Those are the only options.

Revelation 6:1-8

Jesus opens the first four seals of the scroll and the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse come fourth beginning the seven years of Tribulation. The Rider on the White Horse, the Antichrist, has a bow. A crown…

Note: Strong’s Concordance 4735/stéphanos – properly, a wreath (garland), awarded to a victor in the ancient athletic games (like the Greek Olympics); the crown of victory (versus 1238 /diádēma, “a royal crown”).

…was given to the Rider on the White Horse. The Rider of the Red Horse, War, has a sword. The Rider of the Black Horse, Famine, has a scale. The Rider of the Pale Horse, is Death and Hell follows after him…

1 And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.

2 And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.

3 And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see.

4 And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.

5 And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand.

6 And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.

7 And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see.

8 And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

Ezekiel 38-39

The geopolitical situation in Syria involving Russia, Turkey, and Iran is ripe for the Coming War of Gog and Magog Prophesied by Isaiah in Ezekiel 38-39. Also possible, even probable, as the catalyst of Ezekiel 38-39, is the complete destruction of Damascus as described by Isaiah in Isaiah 17. If Iran should launch a significant attack on Israel from Syria (a highly likely scenario) Israel may be forced to retaliate on Damascus. Would this provide Gog (a leader from Russia) with an excuse to lead an attack on Israel. Only God knows, but the potential is highly possible. The Ezekiel 38-39 War of Gog and Magog, not to be confused with Armageddon, will most likely take place at the time of the Rapture, or shortly thereafter…
